  • What does off site management and self-serve mean?

    Our facility does not have a manager on site during access hours. Our website is able to initiate and walk you through the entire move in process, can answer any general questions you may have about self-storage and our facility, and gives you access to manage your account.

    If you do need any additional assistance or are confused with any part of our website you are always free to call our off-site management team at 864-353-0436. In person scheduling can also be arranged by appointment if necessary as well.

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours. Same day service is available.

  • When can I access my unit?

    You may access your storage unit anytime between our facilities access hours of 6am to 10pm.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We pride ourselves on our maximum flexibility. Therefore, we do not require any specific written notice nor minimum days’ notice. Please just let us know when your storage unit has been vacated and cleaned out.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    To pay for your storage space, you may mail a check, mail a money order or drop either off in one of our drop boxes at any of our storage locations. Payments can also be processed with a credit card through our website.

    You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. Kiosk available for payments 24 hours/day on our website.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    No. We do not sell moving supplies from our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance. Depending on availability, you may also check out various storage unit sizes in person to decide which amount of space works best for you!

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    No, our storage units have easy drive-up access to where handcarts and dollies would not be needed.
